Qualification by examination
A number of training providers offer
training and/or examination for future Certified Passive House
Designers.
Further information is available directly from those institutions. The
exam itself takes three hours and is subject to the examination
regulations (
1,3 MB).
The tests are in written form and provided by the Passive House Institute. Marking is carried out initially by the training provider and revised by the Passive House Institute.
The contents of the examination refer to the learning
targets ( 145 kB). The goal is to bring forward
competent designers capable of planning fully functional Passive Houses.
